"Dr. Madej is fantastic!"
I started seeing Dr. Madej a year or so ago for a condition that has baffled many physicians before him and was left unresolved for the bulk of my adult life. Dr. Madej did not give up on me. First of all let me tell you that in his office you are treated like a human being that they really care about. This is so rare it's almost unheard of. You are not a bar code anymore.
Dr. Madej responds personally to your calls and emails, promptly, and encourages you to be in touch for any change in your condition. He listens, understands, cares, and develops a personalized treatment plan. And it works. He restored my health and self-confidence. You really feel that your primary care physician is your friend. I wouln't go to any other doctor..
"Dr. Madej is a phenomenal doctor!"
He has taken care of me for six years, and my dad for one year. My dad relocated from the midwest after finding out he had cancer. He had full confidence in Dr. Madej, and was really happy with his care. Dr. Madej went out his way to help my Dad and verify that the hospital and chemotherapy care was coordinated.
With regard to my care it's been exceptional. I've always been sick as a kid, and since seeing Dr. Madej, I have since turned the corner. He's diagnosed my genetic intolerance to gluten, a connective tissue disorder which showed that I have a bicuspid valve in my heart instead of tricuspid, and most importantly solved my ocular migraines, which caused me to go blind. I don't have them anymore, I had them as a kid and as an adult frequently, sometimes as much as three times a week.
Dr. Madej is the best doctor in the bay area.
"Dr. Madej is the best primary physician I think anyone could ask for".
He is very caring and so responsive to any concerns. He'll go out of his way to make sure you get the best care and he's got a great network of colleagues to tap into.
Originally, he was only my wife's doctor but when I had to check into the ER and stay in the hospital one day, he volunteered to be my lead doctor. He got me the right care and asked his colleagues to even drop in to give second opinions. That convinced me that this was the doctor I wanted as my primary physician. Even the nurses at the hospital would freely tell me what a great doctor he is when they found out he was caring for me.
Now my wife and I are both patients of his and feel reassured that we are in the best hands.
"Words cannot describe how it feels to have a doctor like Dr. Madej".
He is, without a doubt, the most honest and committed doctor in medicine. He cares deeply about his patient's health and well-being, and is undaunted by difficult symptoms or nagging insurance companies. His goal is to heal, just the way doctors are supposed to work. Even if you have an autoimmune problem such as Lupus or Crohn's, he will listen with patience and make a plan of how best to help relieve your symptoms so that you can live life to the fullest. He is creative and assertive in his treatment plan. I trust him with my life and will never change doctors again as long as I live.
The good Doctor Madej took his time to take my medical history and it's obvious how extremely informative he is about internal medicine. He listened in order to understand... And spoke so as to be understandable. Very quickly I realized that our goals were the same about my health, and he explained my options.
I can't emphasize enough how important it is to have a primary care physician who is not only an expert at what he/she knows, but also has the ability and passion to communicate with patients as people. Or as my father says,"imagine this patient as one of your family members." My concerns became his concerns and Im grateful to have such an accomplished and caring Physician. Back home, my father is a primary care doctor as well, so I am very picky about my health. After all, without your health how can you care for anyone else?
Maybe in a year I will be ready to care for a village. I didn't have this hope last week or even yesterday. I have this hope now.
So grateful indeed.
Pretty much all my life, I've gone through the Kaiser system until just recently when I got married and moved over to the sweetl world of PPO. Dr. Madej came with rave reviews by people I trust so without even researching I called his office and was lucky enough to be accepted in. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Madej, not only is a fantastic doctor but a fantastic person. He spends his time with you, gives you feedback and finds appropriate treatments. Since seeing him, I feel much better about my health in general. What used to forever going through the Kaiser system, is taken care of quickly at his office or through referrals. I am so very grateful to be his patient..
A delightful experience all around and to feel genuinely cared for is a rare and priceless thing..
Thank you Dr. Madej and your wonderful practice.
